Halloween weekend

My Parents came down to Utah Halloween weekend. I haven't been able to post I have been very busy and all the pics get downloaded to Brock's computer. We had a fun weekend. Brock and my dad went to the football game and then met up with my mom and Megan and I. Of course we were shopping. So the pics above show how enthused everyone was. Brock and my dad would find the seats right when we got into the next store. I was pretty surprised at my dad because he is a shopper but Brock go figure. Also why my parents were here on Sunday the electricity went out and it was out for mos of the day so we cooked dinner on the wood stove. We had a lot of fun. Thanks mom and dad for coming out.

Mom and Blitzlii have snuggle time. Its what grandma's and granddogs do.

Don't you wish you were here

Brock and I love being cozy in the fall and this is what our house looks like about every night, minus the Halloween decorations.

Nov 4

Amy and I are just sitting here in bed talking about our new president. Today was crazy for me, going on only 4 hours of sleep, lots of meetings and some really challenging deadlines at school...glad it's over. No major plans for this weekend...for once.

Nov. 2

Amy's parents came in town on Friday from Oregon. We celebrated Halloween together and waited for the trick-or-treaters. Blitzlii and Regen dressed up for Halloween, Blitzlii was a devil again and Regen was a lady bug with a tutu, of course. Brock's sister brought her kids over and they jumped in the huge leaf pile Brock prepares for this particular occasion. Saturday Brock and Amy's Dad went to the Portland State Weber State football game, while Amy and her mom and sister went shopping downtown SLC. We met up for dinner and ate at an awesome Italian restaurant. Sunday at church the electricity went out so we went home early, unfortunately when we got home our power was out too so we made food on our wood stove. Pretty inventive actually. Amy's parents left later that afternoon and then around 6:00pm our lights came back on...and now Brock doesn't have a excuse to not do his home work.
